Membership

Active subscriptions to The Menopause Trio or The Slim Down Trio include full access to the OptiMeno application and Discord member community at no additional charge for the life of the subscription. For customers without an active supplement subscription, OptiMeno offers a standalone membership at $20 per month. It unlocks the application — daily tracking, companion guidance, and the member community. One-time product purchases include 30 days of full application and community access. The membership is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel, as described in our Billing and Subscriptions policy.

Supplements

OptiMeno supplements are sold only as two complete sets. The Menopause Trio (Daytime, Hot Flash, and Nighttime) is $279 a month as a subscription, $837 every three months for three Trios, or $299 as a one-time purchase. The Slim Down Trio (Normal Blood Sugar, Diet Drops Ultra, and Energy and Cognition) is $279 a month as a subscription, $837 every three months for three Trios, or $299 as a one-time purchase. Individual formulas are not sold separately, and there are no quantity discounts.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the delivery schedule you choose and include free US shipping as well as complimentary app and Discord community access. One-time purchases ship for a flat $25 within the US and include 30 days of full app and community access. The exact price is shown on each Trio's page and at checkout.

Taxes

Prices are shown before tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address (or your billing address for a membership-only order) and the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction, and is added to your order total. Renewals are taxed the same way. Shipping is free on subscriptions and a flat $25 on one-time orders.

Referrals

Every member has a personal referral link in their account. You earn $5 a month for every member you refer, for as long as they stay a member: $5 for each month that a person who joined through your link pays for the $20 per month OptiMeno Companion Membership. Supplement and merchandise purchases do not earn referral credit. Your own account cannot be referred, a person counts as referred by the first member whose link she joined through, and a refunded month is not credited. Referring someone does not change the price she pays.

Price changes

We may change our prices from time to time. Any change to the price of a product applies to orders placed after the change takes effect. If we change the price of an active subscription, we will provide advance notice so that you may decide whether to continue before the new price applies.

Promotions

We may occasionally offer promotional pricing or discounts. The terms of any promotion are presented with the offer, apply only for the stated period, and may not be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise.
